Eighty years after the deportation of the Ingush people to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Tanzila Dzaurova is attempting to revive the ancient art of felt carpet-making, traditionally passed down from mother to daughter. The film explores the resilience of women, the power of cultural heritage, and the importance of preserving traditions and identities lost to history.
Daria Razumnikova – Russian director and cinematographer; her short films and documentaries have been selected and awarded at numerous international festivals, including Registrar and The King of Birds.
Artur Sokolov – Director and screenwriter, member of the Russian Guild of Non-Fiction Films, he has directed award-winning documentary films such as Moth and Scene by Scene.
