Marta lets six months pass before she decides to meet Alessandro, a man from her past. While he persistently seeks her out Marta tries to keep her life in balance, carving out moments of serenity. The inevitable meeting will prove much more intense for both of them than expected. “Six Months Later” is an exploration of the gray areas of consent and the boundaries of desire. And it once again presents the theme of undercurrent machismo in too many relationships. In competition at Filming Italy Los Angeles.
Chiara Sfregola, a writer, screenwriter, producer and director who graduated in production from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, through her work questions the condition of women, with a particular focus on the issues of the queer community.
