A nuclear power plant worker, obsessed with counting, has set an upper limit on the amount of electricity he wants to consume.
The energy that should have been enough for his entire life is slowly running out, forcing him to decide his final use.
3MWh is a cinematic poem about degrowth and shows what it would be like if man stopped putting himself at the center of nature.
Analog 16mm footage, digitally damaged by electric shocks recorded based on the protagonist's voice, demonstrates the relationship between man and material reality.
